Who We Are

Pastor Anna Fitzgerald-Peters and Pastor Riley Peters

Co-Pastors

Hi hi! We are the co-pastors of Glenview Church of the Nazarene. We met in Nashville, TN at Trevecca Nazarene University, where we were both religion majors. We got married in June, 2023. Riley also completed a master’s degree in Church and Community at Trevecca, and Anna completed her master’s degree at Duke Divinity School in Durham, NC. Together we have participated in church planting, non-profit work, urban ministry, and traditional local church ministry.

Pastor Anna’s primary roles at Glenview include preaching, pastoral care and counseling, and spiritual formation. Pastor Riley’s primary roles include community engagement, hospitality, and discipleship.

In our free time around the beautiful Glenview property, you can find us shooting hoops in the driveway, fishing down at the dock, or reading on the front porch. We both love live music, cooking and hosting dinner parties, good coffee, and being outside as often as we can. We also like to watch college football (Boomer Sooner & OH-IO!), OKC Thunder basketball, and Nashville SC.

We believe that through rhythms as sacred as Communion and as ordinary as potluck table fellowship, the grace of God forms us to be more like Jesus. Our hope is that through faithful habits, the Holy Spirit transforms us into good neighbors who do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. We are passionate about seeing relationships reconciled, neighborhoods flourishing, and lifelong friendships developing because of the love of God, which is busy making all things new.

Chuck + Ruth Wiegand

Worship Team

Chuck and Ruth Wiegand have been members of Glenview since 1984. Always seeking to be contributors to Christ’s kingdom, the Wiegands fill many roles within our church community. Chuck and Ruth have been leading worship for over two decades.  They have hearts for worship and pray that all worship at Glenview nurtures this same heart in others. Throughout the week, Ruth shares the love of Jesus as a kindergarten teacher in the Edwardsville schools.
